Rolls and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the start-up’s objectives
• Conduct a thorough analysis of the start-up’s current business processes, organizational structure, and market positioning.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
• Evaluate the start-up’s financial health and provide recommendations for financial management and budgeting.
• Implement best practices in areas such as workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends relevant to the Business.
• Provide guidance on compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Assess the technology infrastructure and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to key personnel.
• Manage and oversee Business, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of Objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations

Required Qualification;

• 5+ Years of Proven experience in Reputed Consulting Firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
• Should have Experience In Venture Capital/Private Equity/Techno Start-up
• Preferably Master Degree in Business Management
