Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple companies within the group.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Prepare financial forecasts, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cash management.

Audit and Compliance:

  • Coordinate and manage external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and key metrics.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Cost Accounting:

  • Implement and maintain effective cost accounting systems
  • Analyze production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize working capital.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial management role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software / ZOHO
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 05 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management within a manufacturing as well as group of company’s setting
