Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and milestones using appropriate software tools.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to determine project needs and requirements.
· Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and materials deliveries to optimize project timelines.
· Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks; develop strategies to keep projects on track.
· Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
· Prepare and present reports on project status, timelines, and budget to senior management and stakeholders
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project planning and execution
· Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree and above in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
· Over 15 years’ experience in UAE for a similar role, have handled high-rise building construction projects.
· Sound knowledge in Primavera P6 program.
· Proficiency in contract administration software and project management tools.
