Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective high-end clients.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s luxury hot tub products and features.
Provide product training and support to the sales team and customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the luxury hot tubs -wellness industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Capable to improve the brand market share and create new product lines
