Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in luxury hot tubs.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels and engage with customers to understand their requirements.
2. Product Knowledge:
Gain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and specifications of our luxury hot tubs.
Effectively communicate product information to customers, highlighting the unique selling points and advantages.
3. Build Customer Relationships:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Conversion:
Work towards achieving sales targets by persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate showroom visits and ensure a seamless transition from telephonic engagement to in-person interaction.
5. Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on tele calling activities and results to the sales manager.
