Rolls and Responsibilities;

–        Implement and maintain Kanban boards for project tracking and visualization of workflow.

–        Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies.

–        Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

–        Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

–        Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary to ensure project success

–        Coordinate project activities and tasks across cross-functional teams, including Management Consultant, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders

–        Monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

–        Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to stakeholders

–        Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

–        Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project-related inquiries and updates.

Required Qualification;

–        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification is a plus

–         Proven experience managing IT projects within a start-up or technology-driven environment.

–        Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

–        A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to achieving project objectives and exceeding customer expectations.

–        Strong understanding of Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
