Roles and Responsibilities;
– Design and execute the sales strategies in line with the companies’ objectives to achieve the defined review targets and revenue targets in the wholesale stone market segment
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, kitchen showrooms, contractors, and stone fabricators. Identify client needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify competitive landscapes, and business opportunities in the quartz stone industry. Utilize insights to develop actionable sales plans and stay ahead of market changes
– Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry standards along with the competitor analysis
– Follow ups and regular visits to existing clients. Conduct product presentations, Sample display and setting up branding stands at client premises
– Build up own sales pipeline and business prospects across the region
– Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate progress against sales targets. Forecast future sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly
– Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
– Foster collaboration and open communication channels between sales, marketing, production, and other departments. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
– Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize ROI and profitability.
– Participate, present & visit exhibitions & events to promote company products & services
– Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions.
Required Qualification.
– Bachelor’s relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
– Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, preferably in the building materials or stone industry.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Deep understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
– Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– A clean driving license for 2+ years.
