Role & Responsibilities:

1)    Collaborate with the executive team to define and articulate the group’s long-term strategic objectives. Evaluate and implement strategic initiatives across the group’s businesses & ensure alignment of strategic vision for the group.

2)    Act as strategic advisor to the CEO. Aid the CEO’s decision-making through research and analysis, provide relevant insights, prepare reports and presentations on key issues, trends, and organisational performance.

3)    Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance overall business performance – develop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of strategic initiatives across businesses. Assist the executive team with insights into performance trends and areas for improvement.

4)    Establish and enforce communication and escalation processes for key decisions, alerts, and periodic reporting. Advise and support the management team in improving processes and implementing best practices in general management and administration across the group.

5)    Own special projects as directed by the CEO, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Provide project management assistance to the management team ensuring successful execution.

6)    Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Communicate the group’s strategic direction, fostering alignment and understanding.

7)    Conduct effective market research & analysis to ensure sustainable revenue growth and market leadership. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements & drive innovation across the group.

Qualifications: 

●      Robust interpersonal skills acquired through collaboration in diverse, multicultural environments.

●      Exceptional project management and organizational expertise.

●      Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

●      4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, and/or performance management (or more in case the candidate does not hold a master’s degree).
