JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Identify new business opportunities and markets for fabrication services.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers.
4. Act as primary point of contact for customers’ inquiries, concerns and technical support.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of fabrication process, materials and capabilities.
6. Prepare estimates and material take offs, negotiation skills with suppliers.
7. Collaborate with the management and production team to accurately prepare project quotations and proposals.
8. Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, customer interactions and project details.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.
