Job Description:
We need one HR Assistant for below listed duties.
• Monthly payroll, as per UAE labour law
• Monthly utility bills reconciliation and entry in Tally Prime submit to account payable for the payment.
• Apply different kind of insurance for whole group. Fleet Insurance, Haulier and goods in transits and CPM Insurance. Employee medical, group life and workmen insurance
• Keep up to date Employee data.
• Co coordinate with PRO for employee new visas and renewal and same must maintain in excel, and in scan folder and in hard copy.
• Arrange pick up drop for employees as and when required.
• Pass salary entries monthly in TALLY.
• Leave up dation and management for driver’s and crane operators.
• Coordination with each department for admin related work.
• Coordination with the consultancies for new recruitments.
The responsibilities mentioned above are not exhaustive; additional daily tasks must be completed as needed to support the group HR Head with report preparation and other responsibilities.
