Experience with 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification and must have an experience of at least 2 years in GCC (India experience also acceptable).

Job Description:
• Assists in implementation of Company QHSE programs, policies, procedures, and processes
• Monitor all quality related activities and ensure adherence to company QHSE standards and customer specifications
• Assures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements including customer’s audit
• Work closely with Sales and Operation to assure conformity of product / service to customer requirements
• Maintain all QHSE guideline statistics; maintain HSE statistics
• Work with client HSEQ representatives
• Responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the QHSE management system is established, implemented, and maintained
• Assists in various activities, including but not limited to risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE
• Possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 45001 standards
• Responsible for ensuring effective QHSE objectives and targets are set which enforces company policy.
• Responsible for measurement and analysis of HSE parameters and data required for effective continual improvement.
• Assists in preparing, implementing, and maintaining the company HSE audit schedule
• Formulate KPI for cost reduction and implement procedures and methods to achieve the KPI’s
• Prepare & maintain Checklist of all Vehicle every 6 months, as and when vehicle handover (Temporary/Permanent) is done, also before & after checklist required when any vehicle is going on long trip anywhere (more than a day’s trip)
• Maintaining all vehicle related data in files incl. issues with vehicle, Mulkiya & Insurance, etc.
• Conducting relevant training regularly, annually as per HSE Training plan and Induction training to new joined employees

Qualifications:

• Degree in any discipline
• Proficient in IT (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• At least relevant experience, preferably in the transport / marine/Oil and gas/
industry.
• Experienced in conducting internal risk audits/risk and workplace safety and health assessments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Good client management skills
• Good presentation and training skills
• Age: Above 25 years
